We don't normally accept returns due to the extra measures taken to ensure your products arrive safely to you. While we take alot of pride in our packaging, we do understand that some times the carriers just don't treat packages very well. And this is the reason we include insurance on all packages leaving our facility. We're happy to assist you through that process in the event that you need it due to packages arriving damaged.

While we do have things in place to hold the shipping carrier accountable, we're also not heartless. If something is wrong, please reach out to us, and we'll do everything we can to help, and make it right.

All items are fully inspected and photographed before they leave our facility. If there is a quality issue, or other concern please contact us and let us help. We want our customers happy above all else.

Once inspected, photographed and shipped, we will provide an email , including tracking information. Packages are shipped via UPS Ground with insurance.
